Yoga is a system of exercises for attaining bodily or mental control and well-being.
SPECIFIC CLASS NOTES:
Adult Yoga: It focuses on balance, confidence, flexibility, posture improvement, purification of the body, stamina, stress relief and muscle toning and strengthening. Our schedule and punch-card system allows you to take class when it’s convenient for you, to take a respite from your busy schedule!
Kids Yoga: Kids yoga includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, and games to instill long term benefits, all while having fun. Without realizing it, kids are learning techniques to promote a happy and healthy body and mind! These classes are a great way to receive the benefits of yoga while having fun in an age appropriate environment.
